About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement frontend interfaces (TypeScript, React, Tailwind) that connect users to AI agents and data sources.
- Build and maintain a shared design system and UX patterns used across the product.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for review, approval, exception handling and task handoffs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders; iterate on features based on findings.
- Ensure interfaces communicate model confidence, provenance and decision context to build trust.
- Collaborate closely with product, ML and backend engineers to ship end-to-end features.

Requirements:
- 1–7 years professional frontend engineering experience with strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and building or evolving design systems.
- Background building workflow-driven interfaces with review/approval or exception flows.
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML or LLM-enabled product features and ability to design for trust and clarity.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform designs.
- Helpful: prior exposure to private-market or financial operations products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small, cross-functional founding team.
