Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the design system and UX patterns used across the product.
- Build interfaces that connect users to AI agents and integrate relevant data sources.
- Design human-in-the-loop review, approval and exception workflows to make automated outputs actionable and trustworthy.
- Run user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders and iterate on flows.
- Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to ship polished, workflow-driven features.

Requirements:
- 1–7 years of frontend/product engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React and Tailwind CSS; experience with design systems is required.
- Proven experience designing workflow-driven interfaces involving review, exceptions or approvals.
- Hands-on user research/usability testing experience and ability to translate findings into product improvements.
- Interest in AI-agent products and designing for trust; willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
