Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product features: from customer discovery and design to implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Build across the stack: frontend interfaces, backend services, LLM pipelines, and data infrastructure.
- Work closely with founders and customers to define priorities, validate assumptions, and ship high-impact solutions.
- Implement AI-driven capabilities: monitoring, analytics, content workflows, and generative search optimizations.
- Establish engineering practices, testing, deployment patterns, and observability for a growing team.
- Rapidly prototype, deploy, and iterate based on user feedback and metrics.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack proficiency.
- Hands-on or strong interest in LLM pipelines and AI-powered product features.
- Strong product instincts: focus on user impact, metrics, and iterative improvement.
- Comfortable working autonomously in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage directly with customers.
- Nice to have: experience with SEO/GEO, web crawling/scraping, CMS integrations, content automation, or analytics.
- Willingness to be on-site in Munich (or relocate); visa sponsorship available.
