Responsibilities:
- Design and implement UX patterns and a scalable design system for AI-powered operational tools.
- Build user interfaces that connect operators to AI agents and operational data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for review, exception handling, and approvals.
- Run user research and usability tests; translate findings into product improvements.
- Document components and patterns; collaborate closely with product and engineering.
Requirements:
- 1–7 years of frontend engineering experience with TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience with Tailwind CSS and design-system development.
- Experience building workflow-driven interfaces that include human review and exception flows.
- Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM-based products and integrating agent-driven features.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to influence design choices.
- Private-markets or financial-operations experience is a plus; on-site role in Berlin.
