Responsibilities:
- Execute full software testing lifecycle: functional acceptance, exploratory, regression, and smoke testing for web applications.
- Design, implement, and run test cases (manual and automated) and maintain test suites.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Report, triage, and track defects using bug tracking tools; verify fixes and perform regression checks.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control to integrate automated tests into release processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Care, product and engineering teams to validate integrations (telephony, chat, core banking).

Requirements:
- Experience in Web UI testing and backend testing; comfortable with both manual and automated approaches.
- Programming experience in TypeScript, Java, or Python for test automation.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining test documentation and automated tests.
- Familiarity with Git (or other VCS) and CI/CD tooling.
- Bonus: experience with gRPC/Protocol Buffers and Kafka.
- English level B1 or higher for effective international team communication.
