Responsibilities:
- Execute functional, exploratory, regression and smoke testing for web applications used by the Telesales team.
- Test backend services and integrations; validate end-to-end flows across microservices and client–server components.
- Design, implement and run the full testing lifecycle and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
- Decompose features into test cases, perform defect localization and analyse logs to support debugging.
- Collaborate with product and engineering on releases and maintain test suites; contribute to automation where possible.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of QA experience and practical knowledge of web application testing.
- Familiarity with client–server and microservice architectures and test design techniques.
- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation and decomposing features into test cases.
- Ability to work with logs for defect localization and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- English proficiency B1+ for cross-team communication; bonus: hands-on automated testing and experience with AI testing tools.
