Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features for AI agent evaluation: replay, cohorts, traces and developer UX.
- Create prototypes, demos and technical content (posts, GitHub repos, X/Twitter threads) to engage the community and gather feedback.
- Run customer demos, support go-to-market technical activities and incorporate user insights into product priorities.
- Maintain close relationships with agent builders and evaluation practitioners to surface common pain points and use cases.
- Iterate on product based on community issues, adoption signals and shipped results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years building and shipping production software; experience with agents or agent evaluation in production.
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with agent frameworks, execution traces, observability or debugging tools.
- Open-source contributions or projects with demonstrable adoption by other developers.
- Experience building developer tools: SDKs, APIs, libraries or CLI tools with attention to ergonomics and documentation.
- Good product-design instincts for developer UX, plus experience supporting technical demos and community engagement.
- Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment and public technical discussions.
