About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain backend systems focused on permissions, auditability, traceability and observability.
- Own deployment architectures for hosted and self-hosted environments using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
- Improve reliability, security, performance and observability of production services.
- Partner with product teams to deliver features while preserving operational quality and compliance.
- Apply AI-native development practices to enable rapid, high-quality releases and support ML-driven workflows.

Requirements:
- 1–6 years of professional backend development experience.
- Production experience with TypeScript and NestJS frameworks.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma for data modeling and queries.
- Familiarity managing deployments with Terraform, Pulumi or equivalent IaC tools.
- Demonstrated work improving reliability, security, observability or performance in production systems.
- Practical experience or exposure to AI/ML systems, LLMs or AI-native architectures.
