Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for corporate applications, ensuring designs meet business needs and IT/security architecture standards.
- Lead and facilitate agile processes and rituals; oversee delivery and mediate team discussions.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable backlog items and technical designs.
- Design, implement and maintain scalable APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, reliability and security.
- Ensure operational excellence: production support, incident response, risk management and compliance with policies.
- Manage small initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL and modern web front-end frameworks (e.g. React).
- Proven knowledge of APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and cloud/DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with architecture patterns (SOA, DDD), security standards and operational risk processes.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
