Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the cBridge product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, risks and dependencies.
- Collect, analyse and clarify business and technical requirements with stakeholders and define solution scope.
- Prepare high-level technical solution designs: major components, architecture, integrations, constraints and risks.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria and release scopes; review and validate specifications prepared by analysts.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across Business/System Analysis, Backend, Frontend, DevOps and QA teams (sprint/release/quarterly planning).
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, resource planning and release readiness; monitor progress and remove blockers.
- Define, document and continuously improve engineering processes, development workflows and delivery practices.
- Establish and monitor engineering KPIs and delivery metrics; prepare delivery status reports and executive updates.
- Collaborate closely with engineering managers, architects, analysts, product managers and business stakeholders to align priorities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in technical leadership or product management roles with hands-on experience in software delivery.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), backlog management and cross-functional delivery.
- Ability to produce high-level technical designs and translate technical constraints into delivery plans.
- Experience managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Track record of improving engineering processes, KPIs and delivery predictability.
- Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud platforms, APIs and fintech/trading domain knowledge preferred.
- Proven ability to work with engineering teams to ensure predictable, high-quality releases and to manage risk and dependencies.
