Responsibilities:
- Contribute to design and development of clearing & settlement services using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot.
- Work in cross-functional agile squads; participate in code reviews, pair programming and Domain-Driven Design sessions.
- Implement and test APIs, database interactions and edge-case handling to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Help build and operate cloud-native systems on AWS (ECS, Lambda) and use infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD for repeatable delivery.
- Improve system observability and support incident response, deployments and rollback procedures.
- Learn and apply secure coding practices while receiving mentoring and regular feedback.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or related discipline.
- Practical hands-on exposure to Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot (projects, internships or coursework).
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, API development, relational databases and automated testing.
- Interest in Domain-Driven Design and translating business rules into software models.
- Willingness to learn cloud-native patterns, distributed systems and AWS operations.
- Focus on code quality, maintainability and system reliability.
