About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead development and maintenance of the product design system and common UX patterns
- Build interfaces that connect users to AI agents and underlying data sources
- Design and implement human-in-the-loop workflows for review, approval and exception handling
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders to drive product decisions
- Iterate on UI components, documentation and developer-facing guidelines for consistency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with the founding team, product and data engineers to deliver polished features

Requirements:
- 1–7 years professional frontend experience with strong product judgement and UX craft
- Hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, React and Tailwind CSS
- Experience creating, documenting or evolving design systems for complex applications
- Practical experience building workflow-driven interfaces (approvals, exceptions, human review)
- Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM product features and designing for model outputs
- Experience running user research and turning insights into product changes
- Exposure to private markets or financial operations is beneficial; ability to work on-site in Berlin
