About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement developer tools for evaluating AI agents: execution traces, replay, cohorts, and evaluation dashboards.
- Build and ship SDKs, APIs, and CLI tools with strong ergonomics, documentation, and example demos.
- Add observability and debugging features for agent execution and trace data to accelerate root-cause analysis.
- Engage the developer community: run demos, write posts, gather feedback, and surface user needs into the product roadmap.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and customer demos to prioritize work and drive adoption in early-stage contexts.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of production software development experience, including hands-on work with AI agents or LLM-based systems.
- Strong Python skills and practical experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, Claude Code, or similar).
- Experience with evaluation systems, trace data, observability, and debugging agent execution.
- Proven track record shipping SDKs/APIs/CLI tools and producing clear docs, examples, and demos.
- Open-source contributions or prior developer-tool adoption is a plus.
- Comfortable working across responsibilities in an early-stage, high-uncertainty environment and communicating publicly.
