Responsibilities:
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for an internal "AI as a Platform" product to provide reusable, secure, and compliant AI services for domain teams.
- Prioritise platform capabilities (model hosting, prompt tooling, agent frameworks, data pipelines, APIs) and translate them into clear product milestones and user stories.
- Partner with Data Scientists, AI Engineers and Software Engineers to design, ship and scale platform features end-to-end.
- Identify high-impact company use cases (client experience, personalization, fraud detection, operational automation) and drive cross-team implementations.
- Lead governance, compliance and risk assessments with legal and security stakeholders; embed privacy, auditability and monitoring into platform features.
- Measure product success using KPIs (adoption, latency, cost, reliability, accuracy) and iterate based on metrics and stakeholder feedback.
- Support internal enablement: docs, SDKs, onboardings and templates so domain teams can safely consume AI capabilities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, ideally with backend or AI/ML platform products.
- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent architectures, model hosting and API design.
- Experience defining roadmaps, writing user stories, and working in agile cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security and regulatory requirements for production ML/AI systems.
- Ability to translate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and to lead alignment across engineering, data and legal teams.
- Proven analytical skills: familiarity with telemetry, A/B testing and product metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; experience in regulated fintech environment is a plus.
