Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the AI platform roadmap to unify siloed AI initiatives into a compliant, scalable internal platform.
- Translate business needs into platform features (model serving, API endpoints, prompt/tooling, data flows) and manage backlog prioritization.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery: align timelines across AI engineering, domain teams, product and mobile teams to ship use cases end-to-end.
- Lead AI governance efforts: define compliance controls, logging, access policies and review processes with legal/security teams.
- Monitor platform health and impact (usage, latency, cost, accuracy); define SLAs and incident response processes.
- Evangelise platform capabilities and enable internal teams via documentation, SDKs, and workshops.
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, with demonstrable work on backend, API or AI/ML-enabled products.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent patterns and API design for model consumption.
- Experience working with data governance, regulatory constraints and compliance in a production environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Comfortable with technical discussions; able to read architecture diagrams and evaluate trade-offs.
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience using product analytics to prioritise and validate features.
