QA Engineer - Backend (Golang) Senior [Core Banking Systems] at Plata Card

Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements analysis, create test scenarios and prepare test data for core banking microservices.
- Perform and coordinate manual and automated acceptance and regression testing; own on-site testing activities.
- Design, write and maintain automated tests in Go and support the test project and framework.
- Build and maintain testing infrastructure and tools (mocks, data generators, reporting) and integrate tests into CI/CD.
- Identify, localize and report defects; collaborate with product and engineering across releases.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in backend QA, test documentation, and both manual and automated testing.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Java, Kotlin or Python and experience with Git and CI/CD tooling.
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with message queues (Kafka) and microservices testing.
- Experience developing/maintaining test frameworks, testing infrastructure and supporting tools.
- Familiarity with design patterns and load testing practices; B1+ English for international collaboration.
- Bonus: experience with gRPC/Protobuf and testing frameworks (Allure, Gomega, JUnit5, pytest).
