Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services for the banking platform using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement scalable, event-driven components and interfaces to financial partners.
- Create and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Collaborate in cross-functional agile teams to drive product and technical decisions.
- Deliver high-quality code supported by automated tests, CI/CD and code reviews.
- Contribute to architecture, performance tuning and operational readiness for production.
- Write clear documentation and communicate technical choices to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Practical experience with Kotlin and/or Java, Spring Boot and Docker.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and event-based asynchronous architectures.
- Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, Python and GraphQL is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of RESTful API design, scalable systems and test automation.
- Experience working in agile teams with CI/CD practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, commitment to well-architected and testable code.
- Good communication skills; experience in financial services is a plus.
