Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end development, deployment and maintenance of developer platform and AI tooling.
- Plan and lead multi-quarter efforts with clear milestones and measurable impact.
- Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, observability, engineering metrics and code-quality automation.
- Lead integration and adoption of AI-assisted development capabilities across engineering teams.
- Define and implement scalable, secure and maintainable architecture and platform patterns.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on roadmap, technical trade-offs and strategy.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, pair programming and technical coaching.
- Ensure operational reliability: monitoring, incident response, improvement cycles and deprecation.
- Deliver reliable, secure integrations with third-party APIs and SaaS for a smooth developer experience.
Requirements:
- 7+ years professional software engineering experience, including 2–3+ years at Senior or Staff level.
- Hands-on experience building and operating developer platforms, CI/CD, observability/metrics, testing infra or related tooling.
- Evidence of delivering infrastructure or tooling that measurably improves developer productivity or delivery metrics.
- Strong backend and systems design skills: APIs, scalability, deployment and monitoring.
- Experience with security practices, SaaS integrations and operational ownership.
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills; ability to drive cross-team initiatives.
