About the role

Responsibilities:
- Build and ship product features for agent evaluation, trace replay, cohorts and developer experience.
- Implement tooling (SDKs, CLI, APIs) and developer workflows that make agent evaluation reproducible and scalable.
- Engage publicly: write posts, run demos, present work on developer platforms and gather community feedback.
- Support demos, customer trials, go-to-market and marketing activities as priorities dictate.
- Collaborate with users and internal teams to convert feedback into prioritized product improvements.
- Help define acceptance criteria, tests and observability for agent evaluation features.

Requirements:
- 3+ years building or shipping production software (product, AI/ML, or developer tooling).
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Claude Code) or equivalent.
- Experience with agent/LLM evaluation, trace systems, observability and debugging agent execution.
- Track record of building developer-facing tools: SDKs, APIs, CLI tools, frameworks or open-source contributions.
- Good product and UX instincts: attention to documentation, API ergonomics and clear demos.
- Comfortable in an early-stage startup: flexible responsibilities, direct user interaction and public technical communication.
