Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agentic workflows that enable AI agents to complete engineering tasks (context, memory, gated plans).
- Build self-service distribution tooling so teams can publish and consume AI capabilities independently.
- Integrate agents with internal systems (issue trackers, code review, CI/CD) and expose clean APIs for adoption.
- Identify recurring engineering problems and convert them into reusable, AI-enabled platform patterns.
- Define and document responsible AI practices, guardrails and operational standards for the organisation.
- Measure usage, cost and impact of AI features and use metrics to prioritise improvements.

Requirements:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals; production-quality code in Go, TypeScript or similar languages.
- Experience building developer-facing platforms, tooling or CI/CD integrations (plugin registries, distribution layers).
- Comfortable with GitOps/DevOps workflows and tools (GitHub Actions, AWS, CI/CD pipelines).
- Habitual user of AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude Code or similar) and curiosity about building with AI.
- Platform mindset: focus on multipliers, automation and scalable developer experience.
- Clear communicator able to explain technical trade-offs to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
